Help ID This Japanese Movie or AV Please

It seems to have two codes, judging by the cover pictures I've seen.

or DP-133:

I'm guessing the first one was an old VHS and the second a newer DVD, but I'm not sure.

However, where did you grab those title covers from? Do you have a link where I can get more info about the video (so I can stream, rent, buy, etc.)?

The first one was from Sokmil and the other from DMM.
The page at Sokmil also has a set of screenshots from the movie.
