They're various models from the early releases of the GKSK titles. Marina Kasahara, Asuka (Ichinose), Koharu Morino, Aya Himeno, Kei Megumi and Kasumi Kawai are a few that can be seen on the cover and on the screenshots.

Yes, I figured it was just a compilation of older footage. Every GSAI title seems to be this, with each one focusing on a certain theme, such as the type of outfit in a scene.

You are correct, GSAI titles are compilations. Unless you're into specific types of outfifits, it's better to collect each GKSK title individually.
