It's hard to say, my best guess is that only a few studios made top quality gokkun. When 2 or 3 of those studios slowed/stopped releasing gokkun it really has left a noticeable void to the fans. Also, I think these studios switched away from gokkun towards other genre's that had a larger fan base that might not pirate as much.
I uploaded some of my favorite gokkun films to the cloud recently since I found some videos got losing from the hard disk.

For instance, with MDL-243, I believe it is 6 scenes. I would love to know if those scenes were shot back to back (with wardrobe changes/showers/makeup in between of course) on the same day, or if they were shot over a period of more than one day.
If anyone knows for sure or could weigh in on general practice that would be awesome. Certainty on this issue has bothered me for a while now.
Guess I just love the idea that these girls go from swallowfest to wardrobe/shower/makeup to next swallowfest to wardrobe/shower to lunch then to next swallowfest and so on until they wrap with enough footage from each scene to make the movie.

I don't have any insights into production beyond what the directors and producers chose to share through the movies themselves (I don't even read blogs or Twitter), but large productions like these appear to be filmed over a span of at least two days. Ocassionally, you'll even get an on-screen title that reads "Day Two," etc.
Most of my favorite gokkun performers are the ones who've done gokkun movie after movie; something turns me on so much about a girl who does a blowbang where she has to drink all the cum and decides to come back and do another gokkun blowbang. Pretty sure you can discuss them, KV is a terrific gokkun production co.
As for requesting, you can save some time with simple searches in/out of the forum to find what you like. Many of their titles are "in the wild", and KV runs at least an annual sale or two, which is when I buy in bulk. They put out an excellent product and this is evident once you download from their site.
Over the years I have purchased all the titles I downloaded just because I wanted the best quality available. No regrets!

Even the larger productions that don't explicitly state a day two of production, I just assume as a matter of practical considerations and logistics that they must be split up. That is cool with me, because even when they split it up, that means the performer is gulping down upwards of 30 loads in a day, sometimes more depending on the final number.
