Been a year-and-a-half, so either you've found your answer, have gotten even more obsessed, or do not care anymore..!

Thanks to Sougouwiki, she must be one of the following (since the cover indicates only four women in the cast.)
Kaoru Hirayama (Yuko Kotera) [平山薫(小寺ゆうこ)]
(I don't think it's Kaoru.)
Ageha Mizuki (Naoko Nishimoto) [水城アゲハ(西本なおこ)]
Kaho Wakisaka (脇坂かほ)
Rio Morioka (森岡りお)
I have a feeling she is one of the latter two, as they appear to be fairly obscure.
