Review: Apartment 1303 tells the tale of a deceased mother and her child, Sachiyo, who bear a grudge against anyone that steps into their territory. So when a young woman commits suicide by plunging off the balcony of her new apartment, her sister begins to investigate and discovers that the apartment has a shockingly gruesome history. Sensing foul play, and refusing to pass off her sister’s death as just another suicide, Mariko (Japanese teen idol Noriko Nakagoshi) moves in to try and unravel the mystery. A fright night winner.
