There is nothing to translate - just skip characters other than digits: -08-13, so the year is not given. Searching for one of the other names provided above like 野々宮ミカ gives https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/野々宮ミカ with 1992年8月13日 - very straightforward again, 1992-08-13. I would understand hiding her age now, but then...?
