Summary
This movie is set 10 years after the end of WWII. Junior detective and "Tetsujin 28" operator Kaneda Shotaro meets a young man also named Shotaro, who is trained in operating the giant robot. The namesake is actually the foster son of Kaneda's late father, thus the two Shotaros are brothers. They must find and retrieve their father's other creation, "Ruins Bomb", a weapon of mass destruction that could destroy Tokyo! However, a mysterious figure known as "Morning Moon" confronts Kaneda and attempts to kill him...
