your screenshot does not work, I only saw 403, you should use our attachments

Firefox 8.0.1 loads the site fine for me, both as a guest and as a logged in regular user with the same profile settings as your account.

That screenshot has several missing elements. You should try clearing your cache or force-refreshing (ctrl-F5).
