DMM download problem

Hey guys, I want to download a videofrom dmm.co.jp what should I write on here:

ふりがな
（全角かな）

姓
例：やまだ
名
例：たろう

1) Name in Katakana (example: If your name is Tom, you would write トム)
2) Your full name in Hiragana, it even lists an example "Yamada Taro"
3) Your first name (example listed is 'Taro')

i dont have japanese letters on my keyboard. they dont even let copy&paste, this dmm really sucks

If you use Windows, just go to Control Panel > Regional Settings and install the Japanese language pack.

Voila, problem solved.
