edit: Due to a combination of bandwidth problems and apparent dissatisfaction with complexity/simplicity of my walk through, here's a new one on how to use daemon.

If you cannot understand any part of this walk through, feel free to ask me.

First download and instal Daemon Tools then:

step 1: right click the little red daemon icon next to the clock on your desk top.

step 2: go to emulations and choose "all options on" This will turn the daemon icon green.

step 3: go to Virtual CD/DVD-Rom and go to set number of devices. There you choose how many virtual cd/dvd-roms you want. If this is disabled, you will not be able to mount any images.

step 4: Now go to one of the devices you have created and choose Mount Image

step 5: find the disc image you want to load and click ok after choosing it. Remember to unzip/unrar etc. before trying to load the image.

step 6: set the regional setting to Japanese. Go to the Control panel and double click what I circled here.

step 7: Make sure this is checked. If it isn't check it and hit apply to install it.

step 8: Make sure this says Japanese and hit apply. if it says something and one of the choices will ask for the disc, choose the other option. (i.e. hitting no will ask for the winxp disc. If this pops up, you hit yes.)

Ok, is this simplified enough?
