Can anyone put me out of my misery and identify the naughty young lady in these vidcaps and clip?

The clip itself is quite easy to find on different sites, but there is never any mention of the girl's name or the original video.

If anyone knows who she is, or any other clips/vids she is in I'd be extremely grateful if they could let me know.
