This was pretty amusing and original. If I had any complaints on this series it would be that it is too short....want more.

When he learns that [Yanagi Fuyumi], a Japanese teenage girl, accidentally wanders into the demon city, he jumps to the occasion. However, while Staz deals with an intruder on his turf, the oblivious Fuyumi is killed by a monster and becomes a wandering ghost. Thanks ....trying something new...hope its a good as you claim ;)

It is hard to know if anyone will appreciate something as well I did. Some will like it more and some perhaps much less. Anime is like any foreign dish, you won't know if you like it until you try it. The question mainly is...are you hungry enough to give it a go?

There is a lot of comedy in Blood Lad and normally I do not do well with comedy. I prefer subtle or dark humor with the occasional overt laughs as a change of pace (this is fairly common in most of what I have shared here). But Blood Lad is not a one trick pony. It has action and suspense and mystrey as well. The end leaves one wanting more, (which most anime based on an ongoing manga series do). Whether it is to anyone elses taste or not? Who can say?

Thx for your comment and I hope you enjoy it.
