[h=2]Plot[/h] A mystery unfolds with a woman named Madoka (Maki Horikita), who is a killer, and Ataru (Masahiro Nakai). The woman possesses the same extraordinary memory and deductive reasoning abilities as Ataru.

1. Filming for “ATARU The First Love & The Last Kill” took place in Los Angeles and Las Vegas from June 4 to June 9, 2013. A total of 131 staff members took part during the movie’s U.S. filming, with 56 Japanese staff members and 75 U.S. staff members. On June 4-5, filming took place around Las Vegas, Nevada, including at the Bellagio Hotel and U.S. 95 highway. Shooting took place in Los Angeles from June 6-8, 2013. Shooting locations around Los Angeles include Route 66, church off highway in Lancaster where a scene from movie “Kill Bill” was previously filmed and the University of Southern California (filmed in movie as Virginia State Police Station). Masahiro Nakai, Kazuki Kitamura, Chiaki Kuriyama and Maki Horikita all participated during the U.S. filming. The climax of the film was filmed in the United States.[1][2]
