I felt there was a fairly good chance the clip could be from the "Sensitive Young Lady Who Can’t Let Her Voice Out in the Library" series.
Usually, a patron is attacked, but at the end of each film, the library worker - often wearing a green apron, as we can see with the girl from the clip - is targeted.
I did a little looking, but I couldn't identify this clip. The clue is a girl with glasses, wearing a green apron. I thought I had come across this while checking, but then the man was wearing a checkered shirt... and the fellow in the clip is wearing a white shirt.

An excellent thumbnail resource is http://incestjav.com/, often providing screen shots in greater detail. I went through a number of them, but couldn't identify the scene in question. I also checked NHDTAs 024 and 175, which I have.
The one thing bothering me is that the scene in question has a black border, signifying that we are observing the action through the lens of a camera. The "Sensitive Young Lady" library series does not have a black border, so the scene could be from any other number of JAV films taking place in a library, or even a bookstore. (I say "even" a bookstore, because the clip uses the word library in its description... but we know the descriptions of arbitrary movies put up on a site such as Xvideos are sloppy, and cannot be trusted.)
