I would like to add more information of the clip.

The clip is censored and the story (from what i can't catch in my absence of Japanese language) is about a female teacher who have a conversation with a doctor then the doctor doing a checkup on her body.
When things get out of control, the teacher snapped out of it and try to dress up. Then the doctor r*** her
