I tried searching おじゃ魔女のコスプレでレイプ and even the actress 宮澤ゆうな but can't seem to find the video on DMM or google.

I'm not entirely sure as I haven't seen either title but it looks like it's originally from SDDM-005. You can see photos from that scene towards the bottom left of the back cover:
