Please note this is only the ISO. I have never seen a DVD like this one. The file structure and format are extremely weird. I was only able to copy the disk as an iso on my PC but could only get the iso to play on my Mac. If you have any other ideas or can get a better rip and encode this the please do.

If anyone here download this ISO and cannot get it to play, Extract the files from the ISO (I used 7zip.) and inside the VIDEO_TS folder is a VIDEO_TS.IFO file. If you play the movie from that it will play correctly. (The one located in the base folder doesn't seem to work correctly...)
If you want to re-encode it, user handbrake (or whatever) and use the video_ts folder as the source file.
