This actress is the Leader of Naked Women in the movie Oira Sukeban (Sukeban Boy)

I want know the name of this actress and I want know if she is an AV Idol.

She is an AV idol, and in the movie she plays Annie, who runs the No-Bra League (and not the Naked Women).
