I was wandering if these smilies are exclusive to akiba-online ?

Or is it from an other website ? if so where can i find the full set ? (official site ...)

Are these free to use ? can I use them in my websites / software for exemple ?

I find theses smilies very cool, I bet they are made by a japanese animator :p
