This is a video where we see a Japanese radio amateur
(CB), making a contact from a boat (ferry), with an
(CB) transceiver Sony? - Panasonic? with own
telescopic antenna on channel 15.

In Japan is (27,144 Mhz) in AM with only 4 Watts

Rest of world is (27,145 Mhz) in the middle (Hall)
between channels 15 and 16.

In Japan, The CB (27Mhz) is Free. ​

Unlicensed.
