Plot: In order to resolve their feelings, three girls went to a disco dance, when seated, the three girls realize that they work in the same building. 綦美,芭莎服装公司的设计员,因不服总监“水蛇腰”的专业水平,所以经常与其发生争执,可“水蛇腰”是总经理的小姨子,所以其饱受欺辱。丹妮,试金石传媒公司栏目部的外景主持人,曾反抗上司“闲猪手”骚扰而得罪过其,所以丹尼经常被愚弄,但鉴于“闲猪手”在公司的势力，其也只好敢怒不敢言。奈青,<<派>>时尚杂志的记者,在念大学时拒绝过师哥“歪眼镜”的追求,可后来“歪眼镜”却成了她的上司,所以其怀恨在心，总是在公司难为奈青,奈青只好自认倒霉。
为了排解心中的郁闷,三个女孩来到迪厅狂舞,等到一落座,三人才知道原来她们都在同一栋楼里上班,不舞不相识的三个女孩聊起工作,感慨同命相连,但是在相互交流的启发之中，三个女孩不由计上心来,她们觉得不应该向恶势力低头，而是应该勇敢的去面对他们，这样，才能赢得属于自己的生活．于是，三人决定联手向她们的上司发起挑战。
