    You are correct, need Japanese phone number and address. They even check to see if phone number is a "burner". Odd, it is just for downloads. So if you don't live in Japan need to buy the DVD. I think they are same prices but you have to pay for shipping.

    You can buy dvd's from the store site. There seems to be a requirement to be in Japan for the download site.
