Thanks Rolly I figured it out, port is now open!

Here's another screenshot of the options that come down from the menu... theres another list but it's all programs and games. I'm not sure if i can do it myself to make it TCP-->31111 when i pick any of those it picks one for me. I also set a static IP address just now too on my network...

Still having problems... I put the 192.168 etc in my networked computer device. Do i need something for specify public IP address? Am I using the right thing? FTP and HTTP are the ones i selected. Thanks again.
