Wupload isn't dead, they haven't deleted any files, people (in this forum) just don't use it anymore because they closed their affiliate programn 3 month ago because of finacial issues. Wupload is still used on warezsites where the uploaders don't care that much about making money.

Once again: Sopa was rejected for the time being, it nothing to do with the Megaupload case. It seems like Fileserve and Uploadstation are allowing uploads and downloads again, but since all files are gone and affiliate programm closed, I don't know if this is good news. Depositfiles...

Rapidshare has already faced a few lawsuits in europe, but they have won most of them, courts came to the conclusion that the service itself is legal, as long as they react to DMCA complaints. I don't think they are going down, but maybe they won't allow US ip addresses in the future.

If you don't want other people to mirror your downloads you could ask the moderators to grant you "Exclusive Uploader" status. You have certainly uploaded enough great movies to deserve it.
