Considering the amount of porn you can get from here by subscribing to filejoker it is sort of worth it, and there are a few other places that have file joker links on them; but I agree it's not as widely used as something like keep2share though I don't know if they've tweaked it recently but...

Try opening it instead of saving it; it should then open in it's own window and you can copy and paste from there. I tried this a minute ago and it worked.

From memory you just click on the file to open the text document, then copy and paste the links.

It will more than likely occurred to most of us here but it's also unlikely that these sites have been set up just for the ads and link-throughs. Given the temptations they offer I'd advise everyone to scan their pc's for spyware etc after visiting these wankers.
