The video was encoded in 10bit. The quality is great, but less compatible than the regular h.264 videos. I can play it using PotPlayer, but no luck for my DLNA capable TV ~

It solves one big problem in viewing my IVs. Some of them are just too complex for viewing in the iOS devices (eg. Bitrate too high, incompatible H.264 profile....etc.). Just tried few 1080p encoded mkv, use the suggested "post-processing" re-code the video down to 720p mp4, all playback...

Dear Vitreous, Is seems you are right. The job has ended with error and the last last memory allocated was 1.5GB..... (for a video with 30minutes) My system is running 32-bit Windows XP with only 2GB physical memory. Maybe I should upgrade it to 4GB or more..... Thanks again.

Hi Vitreous, I have the x264 encoding error using 1.00beta3, such error seems randomly happened in my machine. Source file is a .mpg directly trimmed from an [IV] DVD. I remembered the settings are: Preset: Slower Source Match: 2 Boost: Enabled Video Profile: 60fps Default...

I download the files from the megaupload but failed to extract. Is there anyone encountered the same situation ?

I also own a slow PC which took me 8-12 hours to encode a DVD.... I can save the processing time by trimming out the useless part then start the encoding. My problem is I used TMPGEnc Xpress for trimming. It is time accurate, but the output file has been re-coded.
