Actually in addition to what SamKook has mentioned. JDownloader 2 is Java based. So downloading a new version and installing over the new should work as a last resort (install to a new directory if all else fails).

Thanks for the post. However, the RS files for the last two posts D/Lbut the 7z can't be decompressed. Not with 7Zip nor with winrar. Claims that the files aren't archives. If you can please fix, that would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
