A better option is to leave title as it is - Amazon doesn't allow searching for code, not to say wordplays are common and legible sometimes even to non-Japanese speakers.

I'm going to add, that コイビトツナギ was a small sub-series of IMBD (only Shiina Momo) and IMOK (also Yamanakas and Yuuki), that at least for Momo gave easily the best gravure movies ever made. Not just for U-15. Production quality by itself feels more like Hollywood, than some shady company taking...
