It is possible, but at least when I last tried it, not very well. The software missed a lot of dialog or if it did catch it, it sometimes misheard the words. In my experience it worked a lot better with anime, probably because the voices for that are done in a studio with a good microphone setup.

Depends on how picky you are. I do have this movie but not in great quality. Resolution is only 720x400 and low bitrate as well. Let me know if you're interested even with such a low quality version.

Maybe things will get better after the summer. Mosaics got a lot worse when Japan won the bid for the summer olympics. They wanted to clean house before the thousands of fans showed up. Hopefully things will go back to what we had a few years ago after the games have ended.

According to sougouwiki the 12 actresses in this movie are 間宮純／川越ゆい／城田るり／石原あい／佐山あづみ／藤北彩香／咲月りこ／百合川さら／有本紗世／辺見麻衣／辻井ゆう／浅倉結衣. Yu Tsujii 辻井ゆう is indeed one of the ones listed, one of the other 11 should be the first girl. Hope this helps at least a bit.
