Ah, I guess I checked the wrong part of the movie then, I thought the scene with the people all sleeping in the same room was supposed to be the same actress, but she had smaller breasts than Shiori, as far as I could see.

The movie is SW-320. I think the actress is 柚本ひまり Himari Yuzumoto, but I can't be 100% sure as the studio doesn't list actress names for the movie.

My 4k monitor is not huge, so the difference between 1080 and 4k is hardly noticable. Even 720p looks almost as good, so I hardly even download the 1080p ones if a 720p is available.

It is possible, but at least when I last tried it, not very well. The software missed a lot of dialog or if it did catch it, it sometimes misheard the words. In my experience it worked a lot better with anime, probably because the voices for that are done in a studio with a good microphone setup.

Depends on how picky you are. I do have this movie but not in great quality. Resolution is only 720x400 and low bitrate as well. Let me know if you're interested even with such a low quality version.
