DMM says すべて新作撮り下ろし in the description which various translation sites suggest means these are actually new scenes filmed for this movie, not scenes taken from other movies. As for the actresses, the one at 1:15 is 倉多まお Mao Kurata and the one at 2:43 八乃つばさ Tsubasa Hachino.

I was curious, so I did some digging and the subtitles they have at that site are actually for JUL-641, so they only got the 41 part right :)
