Found a Korean website that claims the first picture is Aya Miyazaki / 宮崎あや, but since it didn't mention the movie code I can't confirm it.

The big advantage of anime in this, is that the voices are recorded on a sound stage under perfect conditions, where JAV is recorded whereever they are acting it out, so no microphones right in front of their mouth like on a sound stage. So anime should be much easier to autotranslate than JAV.

If I look at the Japanese bit for the chest feces I see ※胸糞. Looks like the first character is censored, which probably throws off the translation software. As for the uncle/aunt you're right that it often just seems to mean older man/older woman and not actual family members.

I used R18 mostly to get correct translations of JAV titles and Actress names, I only bought a few movies. Does anybody know of another site that has proper English titles for current JAV movies? Places like Javlibrary use machine translations and they tend to suck, so I really liked how R18...

At least for chrome based browsers there are apps that let you use the old google image seach instead of lens. Still not great at actually finding images though.

The trailer I found suggests it is TAD-036, but I can't be 100% sure, because the only copy I found that claimed to be the full TAD-036 movie is actually TAD-026 instead.

According to the DMM website it's not an exact ISO. It will have the actual video in the same quality as the regular DVD but things like the menu and chapters may be different.
