I've just updated this thread with new links to working ISO - I hope... I have no way to test this in Windows environment so... It appears that the DVD in question had CSS encryption on it, so perhaps that's why you couldn't view it. I've removed the encryption with MacTheRipper and made real...

I've tried this, and there doesn't seem to be an option such as that in Disk Utility in Mac OS X. However I'll try out a few things and upload a new ISO tomorrow... For now I'll remove the links though.
