How to use capcut? Do you use it on the Whisper sub or does it create a sub like Whisper?

I'm curious if any Whisper Colab users have any thoughts as to why Whisper occasionally gets a "brain freeze" and repeatedly spits out the same phrase over and over again when there doesn't seem to be any dialog to justify it. Prime example is "I'm sorry". ????
