You can see the delay in the extracted audio filename, for example "BBAN-097 T80 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3". The 0ms will be some other number(positive or negative) if there's a delay.

Are you only having this problem with 1 source or multiple ones? I've seen a few DVDs where the audio delay wasn't 0 and I don't know if meguivit takes that into consideration so might need to fix the audio delay manually in the avs file.

Works perfectly fine for me using jdownloader2 just by copying that link. Make sure you're using jdownloader2 and not the old jdownloader and rename the file before downloading it so the filename is in english, just in case the japanese one is causing problems.
