Sougouwiki only knows 9 of the 12 actresses, and yours is one of the 3 unknowns. Name in the movie is Yokomizo Hana, but that's only who she plays in the movie, not her stage name.

This is the third scene of DVDES-698. Sougouwiki only lists actress 1 and 4, so I have no idea whether this is actually Nana Matsui or not.
