Is it just me or does the video occasionally stutter every few seconds? I've tried it with two different media players, and they were acting the same. Do you think it might have something to do with the bit rate or is the original file really like that?

EDIT: I found out what the problem was. It's in my Windows 11 Advanced Display settings. The refresh rate is only set to 60Hz when the monitor I have supports up to 180Hz. Make sure you max out the refresh rate. Oh, and be sure you are playing it on a good video player that supports high bitrates like VLC media player.
