if you are focusing on the guys in a scene, I suggest you come out of the closet and take a look at the gay section for handsome well hung dudes that might appeal to you more

meanwhile, the rest of us realize that ugly, old guys in scenes fulfill two purposes, it appeals to the ugly old guy market which has massive economic clout; as well as not being a subconscious threat to other fans who might be intimidated by good looking, muscular, well hung dudes porking their favorite JAV actress

LOL...then all the males who watch western porn which has mostly muscular actors doing it with beautiful actress must be gay, according to your lame definition. .. I'm sorry but you might be one of the ugly Asian guys out there having sexual fantasy with white women out there. ...but it also onscreen chemistry that people want to see on the sex scenes....why the hell Korean movies attract so many viewers around the world ? because they have beautiful and attractive actors , actresses playing loving each others....naturally people want to see pretty people together ...ONLY sick ugly sick guys want to see old ugly, out of shape guys having sex with young pretty women...period

Different people want different things.

You asked for an explanation and you got one, some people prefer to see themselves as the protagonist instead of simply watching and seeing someone uglier than them makes them think it would be possible to get a girl like that.

There's also plenty of good looking guys in JAV, SOD for example has one fairly buff dude I can think of so you just have to widen your horizon if that's what you want.
I personally prefer lesbians so no dude means 2 pretty girls, can be beaten if you ask me, lol.
