Tomoe posted something on IG that hinted at a potential future production featuring both her and Mayumi. The text had something like "the rebirth of the Yamanaka sisters" and "stay tunned for future announcements", or something like that. Cool!
how i wish they stop using filter and editing their photos. they are already beautiful.

In the past, Sakura Aida had made references to AO in some Twitter posts! That was interesting. I don't know if other gradols even know about AO, though. Thinking about it, AO could have been a cool hub for direct communication with these Japanese personalities, in other circunstances. But I digress.

I've been telling her on twitter for years to turn off that terrible filter. I can't believe she doesn't see how bad it looks, in some photos her head is half the size it should be. She looks like some sort of siamese twin head when it happens. I told her in person at the 101st DVD event in May that she looks better without filters so hopefully she took it to heart.
Took some work and luck as I was a standby ticket, but yes it was great. She's a sweetheart. Honestly probably one of the most down-to-earth idols that truly cares for fans (as much as an idol can) at a personal level. The other fans were all die-hard Tomoe fans, some even from her early days, and what was absolutely incredible is she genuinely recognized some fans she met during the time. One guy had last met her when she was 13 at an imouto event, she instantly recognized him with a 久しぶり！ and was happy to see he was still supporting her. Another she recognized from a poker event and she ask how his wife and kids were doing. After the event she messaged me on Twitter just to say thanks.
All idols at least pretend to like fans, its their job; Tomoe actually loves them. She's also a bit freaky I'm sure, in the sense that she enjoys doing gravure and showing herself off. I really hope her career takes off again. She's not the bombshell she was as a teenager (we all get older), but she still looks great, as does Mayumi. Just needs to lay off the makeup and lose a little weight.
i really hope to meet her again. I will also eventually get around to selling the extra DVDs and Blu Ray's I got at the event (a couple are autographed), but probably won't be until about a year from now once a work project is done as I'm working abroad a lot recently.
