It is totally possible, and you'll find plenty western vids doing TPP or TAP.

At first I was a bit skeptical about this newcomer (Yagami Noemi) as she seemed to "just be there" -- I mean, the first part of the movie, with toys, she's completely passive. I no longer have that video, but it's briefly visible in the trailer. It's the piledriver position and they barely get past insertion before it's too uncomfortable for Megumi and they end the scene. Although no longer flagged as part of a series on the DAS site, they seem to try and do the same in the DAZD-040 compilation (DASD-131, DASD-138, DASD-152, DASD-153, DASD-155) from a time when they had more extreme content.

Megumi Shino also briefly tries a DPP in Tokyo-Hot n0713 in a blink-and-you'll miss it part at 1:23:00. The whole thing takes less than 30 seconds and the scene cuts shortly after penetration. Tokyo-Hot in general has the tag マンコ2本挿し for DPP. Pity they stopped making new content and double pity that their monetization scheme is a ridiculous pay-for-download-quota instead of just selling titles.
