Your best bet are movies directed by Ani (Annie) Nakamura like the ENKI series and some parts of BONY. If you like gonzo, I think Toyohiko's (another director) movies also feature real creampie.
Big name studios basically have stopped doing real creampies. Even directors like the Taiga-Kousakai has stopped doing it. Well, it was fun while it lasted.
