Because those girls look like that are in pain when it is being "forced" on them.

I've just seen a vid which they use "fucking" machines that go in and out like 1000 times per min and they forced the poor girl head in a water (they did gave her a large tube to breath through the mouth.) then proceed with the "multiple orgasm" thing....omg she was like screaming and flailing helpless under water...makes me wonder if it is consented that the guys will stop if she really can't take it anymore...

1000 times a minute sounds painful. That's roughly 16 thrusts per second. And if the machine isn't calibrated properly or if it shifts (or you shift) during the course of the procedure, then something like that could really do some major damage to the woman's cervix.

Actually that's quite possible, I've seen them use a reciprocating saw power unit with a dildo attached and they run up to over 2000 per min. .
