Well first let me declare I'm doing a lot of speculating from reading between the lines.

Yes it's the Moodyz case (IIRC an AVOP title). I don't agree Moodyz was in the wrong. The law being cited doesn't say "outdoor" or "indoor", it's about public indecency. There are thousands of outdoor onsens and everyday Japanese are practicing outdoor nudity (baths) while public nudity is clearly illegal. I don't know what was the final outcome in that case. I thought Moodyz' defense was solid enough, but of course in Japan (and most of Asia), having solid legal arguments may not be enough to keep you out of troubles.

Philosophically I think outdoor sex, the way cavemen did it, is absolutely morally allowed, even if it's sometimes distasteful, and illegal (protect the kids, always always the kids, the KIDS!).

About bus closing curtains, I again think you are a bit confused or distracted. I've never seen a vid from major studios (SOD, Moodyz, Million, S1 etc) do any public nudity/sex vid. There are outdoor sex, fake public sex, magic mirror bus, beach sex, tour bus sex, or car/van sex. I love those risque situations, so I was always paying attention. And every time, I think (and disappointed ) that there's zero chance a (real) pubic person has a chance to see or even hear anything indecent. Compare to some Euro porn (but also not major studios) that I was actually convinced nudity and/or sex was happening in busy street with innocent on-lookers, always in Eastern Europe or Russia.

So Moodyz or anyone else can't really be more careful, unless you mean... was it in Star Wars or a Trump protest? "it's ok if I keep my head down".

What I meant was that there isn't any sensible precaution that Moodyz can do (ie. give them police excuse) Unless they accept a "new normal" that previously allowed AV themes can not be made any more.

Sorry have to pile on an OT rant on an OT rant. Speaking personally I wouldn't mind if moral police attack the more extreme misogyny element in JAV. For example, physical violence and drugs. I don't support a ban, but I'd give pressure to the studios to tone down the violence and drugging women. Instead of that the moral police seems to go on an anti-sex, anti-porn assault. NOT GOOD!
