I agree with you, for me it's netorare/cuckold, it has to be as you described, with the husband present. Although I understand that this perception is more western, and the netorare fetish itself in Japan is related to the theme of betrayal in a more comprehensive way. There isn't usually something in the title that will explicitly suggest the husband/boyfriend is right there watching. NTRS or netorase is essentially trying to give the wife/gf to someone else, which implies he is excited to see her with another man, and thus will be watching as you prefer. Being western I discovered jav ntr, in google searches looking for cuckold videos.
