Hi people.

This is a question that has been on my mind for many years. Is Maria Ozawa a transsexed individual? I can't help but feel that she was a man before. Does anyone feel that way too?

I'm not a fan of hers and have never been a fan of her movies.

Hi, Carson Carson... and welkom to Akiba-Online.

It's always uncomfortable when a woman we (the straight men among us) perceive as gorgeous turns out to be, not necessarily a transsexual, but even a cross-dresser.. and then we ask ourselves, how could that be possible? (Followed by the second uncomfortable question, wait a minute. The she I thought was such a turn-on turned out to be a ... he?) Conclusion: there are times we can never really know.

I watched a bit of this, and Maria Ozawa (or Maria Oh-so-wow, as I like to call her)... who, unfortunately, displayed one of her many tattoos... provided a good whiff of her personality. (Another reason to like her; she is very sweet, and unpretentious.) Yet, with your question in mind, I was watching the way she conducted herself. I'm hardly an expert on transsexuals, but I'd imagine the hormone treatments and the ultimate operation may result in mostly physical altercations, but the inner being probably is not going to change. Watching Maria here, there were girlish gestures (like raising hands to the mouth to stifle laughter or embarrassment, that we as JAV viewers know especially Japanese women are so prone to do) that told me what you suspect cannot be the case.

For example, let's take the ex-athlete formerly known as Bruce Jenner. I don't believe he has undergone the ultimate operation yet, so he's not at this time a bonafide transsexual. But even if he does go all the way, I cannot imagine it would transform his (and now her) mannerisms to the point where they would be unmistakably and inherently girly.

Now Carson Carson may not like Maria, and to each his own. Yet it's amazing how much people knock her.

I have nothing against Maria Ozawa. It's just that I've always had this niggling feeling that she was man before she is who she is now. I've also had many other burning questions about AV idols which have since been answered, thanks to the knowledgeable members on this wonderful forum.

Seriously this is one of the dumbest post ever. There is no way she is a transexual. The only way for her to be transexual IF she was born with the man mentality and got her sex change and by taking androgenic hormones. No one can be that stupid to think she was once a man. Even if she was that is one hell of an operation. Another thing is that if you can't get it up or a bit turn on of her than you have serious problem and should get a check up. Maybe you're into guys.

don't get all stiff. also you contradicted yourself in your post. it's either she was a man or she wasn't. you seem to appreciate one possibility only to reiterate that possibility and on both counts, you agree that I am right. So am I?

Maria Ozawa looks different from other girls in JAV due to her unique ancestry (hint: she's not pure Japanese) but I don't think she looks like a male or former male, or even sounds like one for that matter.

Perhaps due to her mixed Japanese-Canadian blood, she is taller at 162cm than most idols. But even so, her height isn't unusual in JAV even compared to pure Japanese girls. She's only an inch taller than Mikako Abe (159cm) for example. And she's significantly shorter than Natsume Inagawa (171cm).

I think if she really was transsexual, it would have been known long before now. Especially considering she is sort of a public figure and all. The JAV studios she worked with would probably have to know about such things too. I don't see how she would be able keep something like that so secret after so many years.

Do you really think here on Akiba-Online we are stranger to newhalfs? I have watched a lot of newhalf vids. Many of us here have watched a lot of newhalf vids. I am sure most of us here are very aware of what they look like. Your example was not necessary.

I would have thought that kessari's link to Maria Ozawa's appearance in a TV ad at the age of 16 would have put this matter to rest and put your mind at ease. And then there's the fact that she is not pure Japanese, she is also Canadian, is it is extremely unlikely that a Canadian male would only be 162cm tall, which is very short even by Japanese standards (171cm is the average height for males in Japan).

If you are being sincere, then I think you are letting your dislike of Maria Ozawa cloud your perception of her. I am not a fan either (in my entire JAV collection she appears in one 45-minute scene) but still this seems kinda over-the-top. Actually, this thread made me realize she is quite beautiful and maybe I should download more of her. I am actually searching more videos right now.
