Zenmarket and Neokyo do, I've made several purchases with them (pretty vile stuff too) and I had no issue. Their fees are... reasonable for proxies I think ? I believe JapanRabbit handles porn as well but they're stupidly overpriced so I don't recommend them.

I think the easiest and cheapest is to buy from Yahoo Auctions Japan or a second-hand website like Suruga-ya or Mercari. The DVDs/BRs will be used, but that's "Japanese used" so pretty much brand-new most of the time. The only downside is that you have to go through proxy services to buy them...
