Some enterprising Mac devs have adapted some of the rescalers and de-mosaic routines to use Apple Silicon/Metal-but I'm sure it's tough to match a high end NVIDIA/CUDA setup. I've just been setting them up to run overnight, lol. The results are pretty impressive, regardless.
