Paypal Sucks
Well paypal aquired an EU banking license just recently. It will be valid beginning in July which means they have to comply certain standards (BASEL II) and they will be under supervision of Financial regulatory authorities, at least in europe. Which means (only if you`re european, i guess)...- rarara
