I understand the need for funds and the creation of the next Phase/Round. Some thoughts and questions.... (1) If someone from Round 3 decides to join Round 1, should his US$30 be contributed towards the pooled funds of Round 3 or 1, cos technically it should be Round 1. But Round 1 has ended...
