    I follow this guy who posts hardcoded subs, and then i use VideoSubFinder to extract. Again the hard part is always OCR-ing the images or converting it to text. Its a bit of a long process. And then translating is annoying too, but since you can understand chinese, you can skip that process...

    For me, i don't know how to use pytorch, so i end up using subtitle edits. especially for english hard coded subs. even then subtitle edit has about a 50/50 accuracy for english, but its pretty easy to use. If its Chinese subs i use google docs, which has a very surprisingly high accuracy, but...
